Dear Friend, I’m writing today on behalf of L’Arche Australia to ask for your support help. We are continuing to use ‘Share a Meal’ as our main fundraising event during the month of August. We have chosen August as this is the month that L’Arche was founded in 1964 – August 4. The L’Arche Brisbane Community Shared Meal will be held on Sunday 26th June 2016. We’ll be celebrating the onset of winter Time: 6PM Where: St. Oliver Church Hall Beauvardia Street, Cannon Hill Please bring your favourite winter meal or dessert to share with other community members. We hope everything can come together for this amazing celebration.

Come join the community on a City Cat ferry ride from Oxford Street Bulimba to New Farm Park for an afternoon tea and time to catch up. We will meet at the Oxford Street ferry terminal on Sunday 15th May at 2.30pm and travel to the park. If you wish to make your own way to the park lookout for the L’Arche Brisbane banner.

Keep Saturday October 4 free as we celebrate L’Arche International Family Day. Plans so far include an ecumenical Gathering at St Francis Church in West End to be followed by a Picnic in Orleigh Park.
